In the music industry, reputation is everything. Good bands have a reputation for putting on unforgettable shows, and good venues have a reputation for treating bands with respect. The give and take relationship between venue and band has shown us some of the best, and also, some of the worst. Promoting a show is just like running a business: the more work you put in, the better the result. We want to help the bands that get out there and take interest in promoting their shows and draw large. However, too many times we have hosted bands that simply do not put the effort in, and then become upset when they don't get paid for a show that loses money. So the bottom line: if you take Epic seriously, Epic will take your band seriously.

For promoters, we deal strictly with building rentals, which vary depending upon the event. For more information, please contact us by calling 805.650.1213 or emailing mikee@epicventura.com

Booking Policy

• Promoting shows should always be the band/promoter's responsibility. If your show draws poorly, Epic is not financially liable.

• Rental agreements are non-negotiable.

• Bands are expected to arrive on-time and check in with the sound technician.

• Our zoning requires us to adhere to a strict schedule. Any bands that go over their set times will be cut off by the sound tech.

• Presale tickets must be accounted for prior to the show, and any presale contracts must be paid.

• House show guest list allows for one person per band member. Outside promoters may specify other guest list agreements.
